Pimp My House finishes your new-build home or renovation in one go. Plastering, latex spraying, lacquering of doors and frames and the floor, all in one planning by one team. You do not have to line up four companies that wait for each other. We come round for free, make a plan and you get one fixed price for the whole.
Price after a free visit
The price depends on the surface, the square metres and exactly what you want. That is why we come round first. Then you get one fixed price, materials included.
What is included in total finishing?
Everything that has to happen indoors after the builder is done: plastering walls and ceilings smooth where needed, then latex spraying, lacquering the woodwork (doors, frames, skirting, stairs) and finally the floor, for example a resin floor. With colour advice beforehand if you want.
We do it in the right order, so nobody waits for anyone else and nothing gets damaged. That saves weeks and hassle.
How we do it
Plan and order
After the free visit we make a plan: what, in which order, how many days. Plastering first, then drying, then spraying, then lacquering, the floor last.
One team, one contact
Our own craftsmen do the work and Mason stays your contact. You call one number, also when something comes up.
Hand-over
We walk through everything together in raking light. What is not right, we put right. Then we leave the house clean and you can move in.
What determines the price?
The size of the home, what is already there (bare walls or already plastered), and which parts you include. A new build delivered as a shell is different from a renovated 1970s home where old layers have to come off first.
You get one fixed price with each part itemised, so you can shift: the floor later, or the woodwork yourself after all.

The details
- Order of finishing
- Plaster, dry, spray ceilings, spray walls, lacquer woodwork, floor. The other way round gives damage and double work.
- Plaster drying time
- Three to five days for a normal coat. We plan the spraying after it, never before.
- Airless spraying
- Walls and ceilings in two coats of spray latex, even without joins. Fastest and cleanest in an empty house.
- Water-based lacquer
- Doors, frames and skirting in satin or gloss, hardly yellows. Factory-primed doors only get a finishing coat.
- Resin floor as the final step
- Only once the walls are done: then we only mask the skirting. Walkable after 24 hours.
- Shrinkage cracks
- A new build moves in the first year. Small shrinkage cracks we close when spraying; later ones are normal and easy to touch up.
- Hand-over in raking light
- A lamp along the wall shows every irregularity. That is how we check, so that is how you hand over too.
Good to know
The best moment to call us is before the hand-over of your new build. Then we can do the visit as soon as you have the keys and start straight away. The same goes for a renovation: call when the contractor is nearly done, then we follow on.
What our work looks like

Frequently asked about total finishing
Who is total finishing for?
For anyone who wants a new-build home or a renovated house finished in one go without managing four companies. Also for investors and landlords who want a home ready quickly.
How long does it take?
An average new-build home is done in two to three weeks, drying times included. At the free visit you hear the planning for your home.
Can I leave parts out?
Yes. Your fixed price is itemised per part, so you can for example do the floor later or the woodwork yourself. We will say honestly what is smart.
Who is my contact?
Mason. You call one number for everything, from planning to hand-over.
Do you do the outside too?
No, only indoors. Exterior painting and maintenance we do not do.
Can you finish a renovation that is already lived in?
Yes, then we work per floor or per room and agree what has to be cleared when. It takes slightly longer than in an empty house.
Also useful: latex spraying, plastering or resin floors. We work from Leerdam to Rotterdam.
