Can you give a fixed price for the owners' meeting?
Yes. After the site visit you get one fixed price with a planning, itemised per part. No loose items, no extras afterwards.
Do you work outside office hours?
By arrangement, yes. For shops and offices we plan the work so the business can stay open.
How do you deal with residents in a stairwell?
We work per floor and per side, tidy up every day and inform residents beforehand. They can always pass.
Do you also do exterior painting or maintenance?
No. We only do interior finishing. That is what we are good at and we stick to it.
Can you handle several homes or blocks at once?
Yes, hand-overs of new-build projects we plan per home or per block, in the order of the build. At the site visit we discuss numbers and dates.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice per project or per phase, as agreed upfront. For larger projects in instalments. VAT reverse-charged where applicable.
